SINCE 1985
1. Please TAP your library ID every time you enter the library.
2. Students are required to deposit their personal things, except money and valuables at the baggage counters. The library is not liable to any lost of personal thing within the library.
3. Present your library card in loaning out of books and other library materials.
4. Library card is non - transferable. Lending the library card to others will be subjected for proper disciplinary action. Lost card has to be replaced with charged in the Accounting Office. Library cards are validated every year. At the end of the school year, it is required to submit the library card during signing of clearance, no library ID no signing of clearance.
5. Administrators, Faculty members, Alumni, Parents and support staff may use the library and its facilities; they are expected to follow the rules and regulations implemented.

TYPES OF LIBRARY RESOURCES
​a. General References Materials - Materials often consulted by users for definite information. Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, Atlases, Yearbook, Handbook etc. The collection is strictly ROOM USE ONLY.
b. Circulation Books - The collection consists of general subjects written by local or foreign author.
c. Professional Books - Reading materials and other references used in the different subjects.
d. Reserved Books - The collection consists of professional books; it is one copy for ROOM USE ONLY.
BORROWING OF BOOKS/AV MATERIALS
1. Circulation books may be borrowered for one day if the books are not in demand. Students are allowed to borrow one fiction book and non-fiction book at a time.Borrowing of books should be after dismissal time, and for returning should be in the morning.
2. Fiction book / Picture book may be borrowed for 3 days and renewable for another 3 days as long as nobody request for it.
3. Reserved books may be issued to students. These books may be borrowered overnight starting at 4:15 pm and to be returned at 7:00 am on the following day.
4. General reference books like dictionaries, encyclopedia, athlases, yearbooks, and periodicals such as newspaper, magazines, newspaper
clippings, are for room use only..
5. Books may be renewed twice if there are no requests.
6. Borrower is liable for unreturned books.

FINES
1. Fines and penalties are imposed on students when books and other materials are not returned on due date.
a. Fiction books / Picture books 5.00 / day
b. Reserved books 5.00 / day
c. Circulation books 5.00 / day
LOST OR DAMAGE BOOKS
1. A borrower who loses a book should have it replaced with the same book. If the copy of the lost book is not available in the bookstore, the price of it is charge to the borrower.
2. Mutilation of books and other materials will require payment and the amount will depend on the damage done.
USE OF INTERNET
1. Please log in using the provided form.
2. Computers are for study and research purposes only; games and chatting are not allowed.
3. Students are allowed to use internet during their free time & when permitted by the teacher.
4. During the research period, teachers must be present to assist students.
